SABINO CANYON RECREATION   AREAis one of Tucson's natural treasures. Fed by the waters of Sabino Creek and sheltered by the canyon walls, the plants and animals that inhabit the canyon offer an interesting contrast to those found in the surrounding desert. The shade and cool water attract visitors year-round. Begin your trip through the canyon by first stopping at the visitor center then, take a 45 minute narrated tram, or walk the 3.8 mile scenic creek side trails of Sabino Canyon
SAGUARO NATIONAL PARK is both enchanting and mysterious. The lush desert floor is highlighted by stately Saguaro cactus and scores of smaller trees and shrubs. Two year-round visitor centers offer museums, films, and helpful personnel and literature.
